Go-Karting Evening  Fly Out.

5th July 2017. Once again our popular evening fly-out beat our own record as well as lap-times. This year a total of 12 aircraft and 37 people made the trip for the Take Flight GP. The randomly selected teams of three drivers competed in the extremely competitive endurance race with the usual thrills and an extrarordinarily high number of spills, including some serious tyre wall impacts but without serious injury.

A gaggle of Cessna 152's, Piper PA-28s, PA-32s, Malibu Matrix and Slingsby T67 took the short flight to Leicester Airfield where the Go-Karting track is based at the airfield. Seb in the Firefly choose to fly part of the return route back to Wellesbourne inverted, where the after race party headed to Tiddington for a beer and curry at Aladdins to raise a glass to the winning team and swop stories.
