Members Club Nights - Winter 2017

​Wednesday 1st March 2017. We were pleased to welcome 96 members, members guests and new found friends to the Charlecote Pheasant for a fantastic talk, "Concorde - a real life time machine" by former British Airways Concorde Pilot David Rowland. It was a fascinating insight into one of the most iconic aircraft ever built. We even caused a traffic jam in Charlecote! We were delighted to present a cheque for £250 for Davids charity. Earlier in the year we had an informative RT masterclass by our CFI David Donovan, delivered to a packed club house at Wellesbourne and we launched our 2017 fly out schedule at the Lovely Pubs, Baraset Barn in nearby Tiddington in February.  We managed to slip in an extra night out to the Warwickshire Flight Experience in Wootton Wawen to fly 737, Spitfire and F1 simulators. 2017 looks like being another busy year for the UK's favourite flying club - so check out our events schedule.
